ABOUT FLUBTITLES.COM:
Welcome to FlubTitles.com, a side project of a couple wacky employees of HKFlix.com. As you can tell, we dig really funky, jacked-up subtitles. In looking around on the net, we've seen lists of bad subtitles floating around everywhere--always the same few. We wanted to spread the gospel about all the lesser-known horrible subtitles that were going unacknowledged--because heaven forbid a single flubtitle should slip through the cracks!
We do not claim to know every bad subtitle on Earth, nor do we claim to know even a small fraction of them. But between us all, we do watch a ton of Hong Kong DVDs and always try to keep a pen and notepad handy! This site is all about having a good time and adding new flubtitles as we come across them. There could never be a "definitive list", but we hope to build one of the largest...and most hilarious!
Our site is hosted by HKFlix.com, whose DVD database is largely powering this site. That's why you'll find links to their site for all the flubtitle DVDs we list here. Buying DVDs at HKFlix.com from the links on our site helps to keep this site alive and sends some much-deserved business their way.
Snoop around and have a chuckle, maybe pick up a couple DVDs at HKFlix, and don't hesitate to drop us a line if you've discovered some hidden gems that we've missed! But above all, HAVE FUN!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

We aspire to take over the entire flubtitle world, and your participation is encouraged! If you wanna' let us know about an in-print Hong Kong DVD with totally jacked-up subtitles, we'd love to hear about it! Just contact us with the film title, DVD manufacturer, and approximate time that the flubtitle appears in the film; and we'll scour the DVD personally to verify your flubtitle and look for others! Once you've submitted a few valid flubtitles, we'll gladly post your submissions as you send them in.
